5. Can you help with booking the flight?

A. Yes. We can help you book your tickets to Europe and also we normally can provide a discount, especially on business class tickets. We are more than happy to help you whether we book the tickets or not. This is just part of the service we offer to our clientele at no additional cost or fees from our part.

6. What happens if I have a food allergy or have a special diet request?

A. If we have prior notice, we can normally help you with those requests. Breakfasts in Italy will normally be a buffet, with many different foods available in which for you to choose. Our tours normally provide for ordering directly off a menu as you would in any restaurant, but for those times when that is not the case, we will ask the “kitchen” to provide what is required with proper notice. It is important to let us know prior to our final payment of the tour and please talk to us to discuss what you need.

7. What documents do I need to travel overseas?

A.  U.S. Passport must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned date of departure from the Schengen area. Many other countries require 6 months, so please check the countries requirements you will be visiting. Please look and review this information: U.S. Passports and International travel to Italy.

8. What happens if I have a passport other than a U.S. passport?

A. Please contact us and we will be happy to look and review what is required.

9.  What happens if I need medical care during the trip?

A. Italy has some of the best healthcare in the world. You should check with your present carrier, but we strongly recommend you obtain a travel protection policy. Many credit card companies that provide some benefits, normally require you to pay the bill first before making any payment or guaranteeing payment on your behalf. The plan that you can view following the link, is primary coverage and provides many benefits that your credit card company won’t, such as waiving any pre-existing conditions and allowing for canceling for any reason. Here you can get an idea of the cost as if you wish to just have medical coverage only, put $500 for the cost of the trip. Travel Protection Quote

10. What amount of luggage am I allowed on the trip?

We plan for each person to have 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. If you wish to bring additional baggage, due to space constraints there may be an additional charge, but we will handle that on a case by case basis. There are services available that we have, that will transport your bags to your destination and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Most airlines only allow 1 checked bag and you would incur a charge of approximately $200 by the airline for an extra bag if flying economy. If flying business class, additional bags are allowed, and based on the airline you plan on traveling, we can let you know the baggage allowance.

11. What can be expected of services in the hotels?

All rooms will have a private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, shampoo, hairdryer, mini-bar, television.
